Millennium Healthcare Volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank

Second Harvest Food Bank Dec 6, 2011

On Tuesday, December 6^th from 1pm – 4pm, the staff from Millennium Healthcare volunteered at Second Harvest Food Bank. Working together as a team, the staff repacked 7,300lbs of food which is enough for 6,083 meals!!!

The rate of outbreaks caused by unpasteurized milk (often called raw milk) and products made from it was 150 times greater than outbreaks linked to pasteurized milk, according to a study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
